By accessing or using Minutes Journal ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Minutes Journal is a personal journaling application. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Minutes Journal offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all journal entries and content you create within the App. You are solely responsible for the content you store. We do not claim any rights over your personal journal data.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your personal data and journal content.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including its design, code, graphics, and features — are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or journal entries.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the App, or third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
